Do I need to know how to code?
No. The entire programme is built on Claude: no code, no terminal, no technical setup. If you can use Claude or ChatGPT, you can build every agent in this programme.
How much time do I really need per week?
3 hours. Monday: 30-minute Briefing (on-demand). Wednesday: 90-minute live Build. Plus 30 minutes of Solo Build at your own pace. Office Hours on Friday are optional (30 min). The programme is designed to fit around a full-time role.
What's the difference between this Accelerator and other AI marketing courses?
Most AI courses teach you to prompt better. This Accelerator teaches you how to build, architect and lead agentic marketing systems. You leave with 4 working agents, a board-ready AI Marketing Roadmap and a deployment-ready Agent Brief. It's built by a CMO who's implemented AI at companies like Veygo, Amazon and Oxford Online Pharmacy, not by an instructor who teaches AI theory.
Will I get value out of the Agentic CMO Accelerator?
If you're already using ChatGPT or Claude daily but haven't built agentic workflows, this programme starts exactly where you are. You won't be learning to prompt. You'll be building agents from Week 1 and by Week 6 you'll have a board-ready AI Marketing Roadmap and a deployment-ready Agent Brief. The programme is designed for marketing leaders at Stages 3–4 of AI adoption: past the basics and ready to build agentic systems.
Can I actually do this? I'm not technical.
Yes. If you can write a detailed brief or a campaign plan, you can build an agent. The programme uses scaffolding: each week builds on the last, starting with a simpler agent and working up to more complex systems. You'll have step-by-step templates, live support during every Build session and a Build Partner for accountability.
Do I need a Claude subscription before joining?
Yes. You'll need a Claude Max plan (currently £90/month in the UK) for full access to Projects, Skills, Connectors, and Cowork, which we use from Week 1. We'll send setup instructions before the programme starts.
This feels like a big time and financial commitment. How do I know I'll get ROI?
It's a transformation that requires commitment, as any transformation does. Here's the perspective: companies pay £2k–£10k for a single agent build and £10–20k+ for an AI Marketing Roadmap. You'll build both and walk away with the strategic skill set to keep building.
